All Masses take place at San Francisco de Asís Church, 1600 E. Rt. 66, Flagstaff, AZ 86001. There are no Sunday Masses at Our Lady of Guadalupe Chapel.

Saint Paul Ukrainian Greco-Catholic Mission Parish celebrates liturgy in the Byzantine-Ukrainian rite at Our Lady of Guadalupe Chapel most Sundays at 10:00 AM. Roman rite Catholics are welcome to attend and receive Holy Communion, which fulfills their Sunday Mass Obligation.
